OFW OEC Processing Procedures

Overseas Exit Clearance processing empowers every OFW/OCW to enjoy more quality time with the family during their vacation break. Below are the step by step summary on how to have your OEC processed and delivered to your doorstep.

STEP 1: Click Apply Now. Fill up the online application form. Click the Submit button after filling up the online application form. Download your filled-up application form by clicking the download button. Print the downloaded application form. List down to remember your reference number.

STEP 2: Download, print and fill-up Pag-IBIG Member’s Data Form here.

STEP 3: Place the application form, accomplished Pag-Ibig Member's Data Form and your documentary requirements in a brown envelope. Write your return address at the top left corner of the envelope and "POEA-TELESERV c/o 2GO SPD Manila" in the center of the envelope. Seal with masking tape and place your signature on the seal area.

STEP 4: Prepare the payment for BM OEC Processing, OWWA, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and delivery service fees. If your OWWA or PhilHealth membership are still active, the membership fees for these will be refunded together with the delivery of your OEC.

STEP 5: Go to the nearest Aboitiz branch to make your payment and drop off your envelope.
