Pilipinas Teleserv Inc, in cooperation with the POEA has developed a more convenient service in applying for OFW Overseas Exit Clearances (OEC).

This OPTION will allow you to apply for your POEA Exit Clearance online via this website and have your OEC delivered to you.

Should you choose to apply for your POEA Overseas Exit Clearance online, aside from accomplishing your OFW Information sheet and submitting supporting documents, you will have to pay for OWWA/Philheatlh/Pag-IBIG membership fees, POEA Processing Fees, Courier Delivery and Teleserv Service fees at an Aboitiz/2Go branch.

If your OWWA/Philhealth Membership status is still current, the corresponding fees paid will be REFUNDED back to you together with your OEC.

Should you choose to apply for your OEC through the normal process at the POEA, you can accomplish your OFW Information Sheet online and print it out for your application at the POEA. You will no longer need to manually accomplish another OFW Info Sheet at the POEA.
