In NSO East Avenue and NSO Pasay, a field group is also ready to help and provide call-in options for NSO clients with the presence of calling stations. Around 3 to 6 wireless phone units are present in the areas to accommodate those who wish to facilitate a phone-in order and delivery serviceonsite.

Inside the POEA Balik-Manggagawa section, Teleserv's field team is ready to welcome, assist, and provide quick delivery options to vacationing OFWs. They now have the option of choosing to process via the standard procedure or endorse their application to Teleserv's OEC delivery booth and be out of the POEA in 15 minutes.
